House rules

Booking and stay

• No deposit is taken. The final cleaning is included in the price.
• Guests may stay up to the number of beds. One extra bed and one baby bed are available at no extra charge.
• All guests must be registered with the tourist office, so please bring your documents to check-in.

Pets

Pets are welcome, free of charge.

Smoking

Smoking is allowed, but please smoke outside – on a balcony or in the yard.

Your own space

Please use only your own apartment, yard, terrace or balcony, not those of other guests. A first violation brings a warning; repeated violations may mean leaving without a refund.

Meals and cleaning

• You can eat in the dining area or on balconies and terraces.
• Please leave the apartment clean, take out the garbage and wash the dishes.

Waste

Waste is sorted into coloured bins for recycling. Bins go out on the schedule posted on the refrigerator; some are kept in the private parking area, others in the public parking near the house.

Linen and laundry

Every apartment has a washing machine. Each guest gets three towels and clean sheets, replaced after one week – leave the used linen outside your door for collection.

Parties and quiet hours

Gatherings need the neighbours' approval, must end by 10 p.m. and must not be too loud. The police may be called to stop a party.

Care for the property

Please close windows and blinds when it is windy, and bring in cushions and tablecloths when it rains.

Who to ask

In the Njivice house the owner does not live on site, so please speak to the neighbours first about any problem. In the Jadranovo house the owner lives in one of the apartments.
